One of the biggest epidemics in the U.S. today is inflammation.
Inflammation comes from the over consumption of fast foods, junk foods, processed foods, and the belief that eating healthy costs tons of money.

Inflammation shows up in our bodies as pain, stiffness, water retention, swollen feet and hands, puffiness, and many other issues. There is a whole list of inflammatory diseases. For example: Rheumatoid Arthritis is where inflammatory cytokines induce autoimmune reactions against joints. Scleroderma is where inflammatory cytokines induce an autoimmune attack against connective tissue. Strokes are chronic inflammation promoted thromboembolic events. Do you see a pattern here?

Processed foods have become readily available and come with an inviting tagline that it’s “convenient”. You can purchase breakfast, lunch and dinner in a box, package or bag, for easy “grab and go” purposes. Better yet, you can microwave almost all of these packaged processed food to further the nutritional damage you are already doing to your body upon consumption, not to mention the fact that the convenient box located in your kitchen where food is continually placed in and heated, is nothing short of a compact nuclear bomb.

Microwaving your food not only destroys any and all nutrient content in your food, it takes the molecules of the food and scrambles them from the inside out. Have you heard of the saying “You are what you eat”? This is one of those places where I like to say “Your behavior reflects what you eat”.

All food in its original state has a specific vibration. The reason is at one point it was alive. When you have a person or a child with “behavior” issues, and they are fed microwaved food, they are ingesting the scrambled, crazy, version of an “edible” product. Do you suppose this creates a calm energetic state of being, or a wired spastic and angry energetic state of being?

Here are a few truths about processed foods. They are overloaded with salts, fats, food grade dyes (anything in the ingredients with a # and a color after), sugars, artificial flavorings, and carcinogens. Dyes are a byproduct of petroleum fuel. When they are fed to children with behavioral issues such as ADD, ADHD, OCD and Autism, it exponentializes the behavior issue. Dye is always put into food with sugars. The sugar is ok on its own, the dye is ok on its own. The combination of the two is like Crack in a package for these kids. Artificial Flavorings: are a byproduct of cardboard. In the cardboard factories they have this byproduct that smells like rotten eggs. They have turned the smelly waste of an inedible product (cardboard) into an FDA approved edible product.

Truth: In the long run you end up spending thousands of dollars to medical companies to fix the damage done to your body.

Here’s what I suggest and offer as a solution to my clients. Anti-inflammatory eating plans. My clients have cleared up digestive issues, unexplainable aches and pains, and excess weight falls off as if by magic. Their energy levels skyrocket, they have increased memory function and elevated moods. Believe it or not…sleep disorders seem to vanish. All of this occurs just by changing what they are eating.
